Don't have the bike any more but loved the Roco on this bike. It was really plush and handled great with the weight savings on the coil

 I like it a lot so far...it's really smooth and didn't need much adjustment to dial it in. Seems a little soft if you follow the factory settings but I added a little extra air and really like it now
